These Terms of Use apply to all TravEndex suite properties. By accessing or using any TravEndex site or purchasing access to any TravEndex database, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TravEndex is a suite of accessibility-focused travel databases published by Queens and Carryons Club LLC d/b/a TravEndex. The databases cover airlines, cruise lines, ports, excursions, resorts, destinations, rail travel, events, travel insurance and medical resources, with data researched and verified specifically for plus size travelers, people with mobility challenges, those managing chronic illness and travelers with medical equipment needs.
Access to database content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Waitlist registration is free and does not grant access to paid database content.
All database content, scoring methodology, accessibility ratings, written copy, design elements and proprietary data fields published on TravEndex properties are original intellectual property of Queens and Carryons Club LLC d/b/a TravEndex and are protected under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. and applicable international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, scrape, redistribute, republish, sell or create derivative works from any TravEndex content without written permission from Queens and Carryons Club LLC d/b/a TravEndex. This prohibition applies to automated scraping tools, AI training data collection and any other systematic extraction of content.
Personal, non-commercial use of information accessed through a valid TravEndex subscription is permitted. You may share a specific data point with attribution but may not reproduce substantial portions of any database.
TravEndex makes every effort to verify the accuracy of information in its databases through primary source research, airline and carrier documentation, direct verification and community reporting. However, accessibility policies, seat specifications, facility configurations and operational procedures change without notice.
TravEndex data is provided for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for contacting a carrier, venue or service provider directly to confirm current accessibility arrangements before travel. Queens and Carryons Club LLC d/b/a TravEndex is not liable for any travel decisions made based on database information, changes in carrier policies, or discrepancies between published data and actual conditions.
We strongly encourage all travelers, particularly those with medical equipment, oxygen requirements or complex mobility needs, to confirm critical accessibility details directly with carriers and venues before booking.
All database access purchases are processed through our payment provider. Pricing, bundle terms and refund eligibility are displayed at the time of purchase. Where a refund policy applies, it will be stated explicitly during the purchase process. Queens and Carryons Club LLC d/b/a TravEndex reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with no changes affecting existing purchases.
You may not use TravEndex services to scrape or harvest data, build competing databases, train AI or machine learning models, or engage in any commercial redistribution of content. Accounts found engaging in prohibited use will be terminated without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Queens and Carryons Club LLC d/b/a TravEndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of TravEndex services. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of TravEndex services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
